About 4 years I think, bit disappointed really still got 2 Elu routers never had a problem with them, read somewhere that the plugit lead if faulty can cause problems, don't know how true it is.

The OF1400 bought beginning of the month is being collected tomorrow I was grooving with it this afternoon (not dancing) 12mm cutter 7mm deep in softwood when it started sparking like the brushes had gone.
Phoned @ 5:00 and tts phoned back at 5:20 to say will collect tomorrow.
Disappointed to say the least but on the plus side excellent customer service up to now, I'll keep you posted

The midi arrived yesterday I sent the OF1400 back in the box the vac came in.
Used it today great suction thought the hose might have been a bit longer, but the lead is really long.

Anyone have any idea festool take to repair and return the tools, could do with my router back ASAP [not worthy]

Still no sign of the OF1400 being delivered back from repair, will have to make a phone call tomorrow find out where it is [mad]

Someone told me Bank Holiday this coming Monday - so that could another day down. 
I'm ignorant - do Festool email to say that they have received repair jobs?
Similarly - don't they email to say has been dispatched back to customer?

It arrived back this afternoon I didn't have to phone but haven't tried it yet, new armature fitted & brush holder as I thought!
Still think turn around was a bit slow, Hilti I think would have been back in two days

You should be more than pleased with yours!  I've been considering a second as many have as well!

Used it today for some kitchen work, came in really useful especially as the weather has been so gloomy.
It's a nice even white light great inside the units and a 3m scribe to stonework along the back edge of 1 solid surface top.
Had my doubts but think it's going to be a well used tool

I've been so good for months but it's back, of2200 set. Tradesman cleaning set. Mfs700 ordered today.
Sods law lost my £50 voucher festoolfootstool kindly offered me one a few weeks ago but I declined as was unsure if would use it.
If anyone still has one it would be much appreciated ???

Slingers have ro150 & midi for £519+vat oh so tempted I have to get help bought more since Christmas than all of last year [crying]

I purchased the domino 500 package from slingers this week,  £593 plus voucher ,I see other dealers are dropping their domino prices now.
